NJAFPA Educator, Teacher Training & Professional Development for NJ Public Schools

Welcome to the New Jersey Association of Federal Program Administrator’s, NJAFPA, official website for Professional Training, Workshops and Educational Inservice Events. The NJAFPA has been around for over 25 years and is comprised of professional educators from around the state of New Jersey. Members, as well as the Association’s Executive Committee, consist of individuals that have served in areas of administration in major school districts as well as the New Jersey Department of Education. The NJAFPA has prided itself in producing some of the finest educational professional development events, conferences and workshops. Over the years the Association has attracted world renowned, national and state education professionals to speak and present a there Winter and Spring Institutes. These events offer professional educators from teachers, supervisors of curriculum, Title I directors, principals and superintendents of NJ school districts to come together in a vibrant and energetic environment and take back the most up to date information to improve the operation of their school districts

The Association's Winter Training Institute held December 2nd, 2011 at the Eatontown Sheraton was an enormous success. We had well over 350 educators from across the state of New Jersey can listen to members of the NJDOE as well as other important educational presenters. We are tireless planning for the Spring Training Event and expect an even greater turnout. Check out information relating to this event.
